Welcome to my world!
Make yourself at home. Everything that is available for sale is pictured at the top of each section. As always, all the proceeds from my work go to Westside Cares in Colorado Springs. Recently I have completed some stacked bead sculptures as custom commissions. They are pictured in the “Animals” section of the website. On November 12, I offered a selection of “Houses and abodes” scuptures at the Westside Cares Open House. Those that didn’t sell are pictured under the “Everything else” section of the website. Contact me if you fall in love with anything you see here. Maybe we can work something out.

ABOUT MARTY SLAYDEN
Hi! I’m Marty. I used to be a teacher, but now I am an artist. Making things with my hands has brought me joy ever since I was a small child, so it makes me very happy now to do it full time. I enjoy working in various mediums – sewing, needle felting, and encaustic painting but currently my main pursuit is pottery.
Whimsical Pottery
I give my pottery away to people who are willing to donate my asking price to Westside Cares, a Colorado Springs organization. I rarely accept commissions, but sometimes I am willing. If you are interested in my work, please follow my social media accounts or contact me via e-mail. Thank you for stopping by!
